Quilled Flowers: A Garden of 35 Paper Projects - Alli Bartkowski This book is clearly written and has wonderful projects that are practical, doable at all different levels and beautiful. She also gives directions with or without the specialized quilling tools which is a big plus so that you don't have to invest in it if you don't want to. This is a great book to get ideas or even to try out paper quillling for practical applications. Note, that this is not necessarily a beginner book so some projects may be difficult but enough easy projects to make something beautiful.
