This audio learning aid is extremely helpful if you've already develop a comfortable familiarity with the French language or the type of person who can memorize things easily. Otherwise, this will not be helpful to you at all if you have no exposure to the French.

The sections are divided up between vocabulary words and common phrases. The words are repeated in English and French. Each pronounced by a native speaker.

I found it useful in carefully listening to how the words are pronounced and trying to learn the cadence used. It also helped teach me new vocabulary words. I haven't studied or spoke French in many, many years but it was a decent refresher for me.
